
I’m Thomas Baeyens — chef, entrepreneur, and food lover at heart.
For 18 years I ran restaurant L’Amitié in Antwerp (2007–2025), where we earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand and a 14/20 Gault&Millau rating.
With over 25 years in gastronomy, including 10 years in Michelin-starred kitchens, I’ve learned that great food is all about respect for ingredients, people, and the craft behind them.
That same mindset is what I bring to Loligo.
We work directly with small producers all over Europe, carefully selecting the products ourselves so we can offer restaurants, gourmet delis, wholesalers, and supermarkets the best quality convenience products at fair, attractive prices.
My goal is simple: to help food professionals find the perfect balance between quality and efficiency, while continuously discovering and introducing new, exciting products that keep the foodservice world moving forward.
